By default, you will receive a text notification every day, at any time of the day, when an employee texts your company number.
To change this, click on your name at the top right of Yourco. Then, select Account Preferences in the dropdown menu. Once you are in Account Preferences, click on Change Notification Settings.

Select Your Notification Days
Here, you can select the days you want to be notified, and the days you do not want to be notified. The color green indicates an on day, and the color grey indicates an off day.
If an employee texts your company number during your off days, you will be notified of it at the beginning of your next on day.

Select Your Notification Time Range
You can also select the times of these days in which you would like to start receiving notifications, and when you would like to stop receiving notifications. Make sure to also select your correct timezone.
If an employee texts your company number during your stop hours, you will be notified of it at the beginning of your start hours.

Select Your Notification Type
Finally, you can also select how you would like to be notified of new messages. You can choose to receive a text message, an email notification, or both.
Once you are finished setting up your new notification settings, make sure to click Save.
