In order to define your managers' permissions, the first step is to import your employees into the Employee Directory.
You should also import Locations, Departments, and/or Tags for your employees so that you can easily segment which employees each manager can message.

Step 2
Find Your Manager
In the Employee Directory, search for the employee that you would like to grant manager permissions to, and click on their name to open up their settings.

Define Permissions
Scroll to the bottom of their settings and turn on the Yourco Manager switch.
Then define who this manager can manage by selecting All Employees, specific Locations, Departments or Tags, and/or typing in individual employee names.

End Result
A New Yourco Manager with Permissions
Your new Yourco Manager can now only send messages to, and receive messages from, the Locations, Departments, Tags, and individual employees that you gave them access to. All on the same company number!
