Any incoming messages from unknown phone numbers will be displayed to you directly on the Yourco dashboard. Since you have not added this number to the Employee Directory yet, the message will appear under Issues in the dashboard.
You can navigate to the dashboard by clicking on the Home button located in the top-left corner of Yourco.

Evaluate the Message
It is important to determine if this unknown phone number belongs to an employee currently employed by your company, or if it is simply a wrong number.
To view what the message says, click on the Unknown Phone Numbers panel under Issues.
If this is just a wrong number, click the x button to remove the issue from your dashboard.

Step 3
Add the Employee
If you determine that this is an employee that you have not added to your Employee Directory yet, simply follow the link to the Employee Directory and add this employee to your Yourco system.
After you add the employee, you will notice that the issue is now removed from your Yourco dashboard.

If you forgot to add an employee to your Employee Directory and they text your company number, Yourco allows to securely determine if you would like to add them to your Yourco system, or not.
