Handling Message Issues

Yourco helps you solve phone number and message failure issues with ease.

Step 1

Head to the Dashboard

Any message sending issues that occur will be displayed to you directly on the Yourco dashboard.

You can navigate to the dashboard by clicking on the Home button located in the top-left corner of Yourco.

Step 2

Follow the Issue

If there are multiple issues for one employee, Yourco automatically groups these issues under their name.

Yourco guides you through fixing each issue with ease. Just click on the issue and follow the instructions.

Most issues will direct you to the message that caused them. This is so that you are aware of the specific message that was not delivered to your employee

Step 3

Fix the Issue

By clicking the error icon on the message, Yourco will tell you exactly what happened and how to fix it.

Follow these instructions in order to fix the issue.

End Result

No More Issues

Once an issue is fixed, it will be removed from your Yourco dashboard.
